ON BEHALF OF THE SOUTH AFRICAN NATIONAL ROADS AGENCY SOC LIMITED (SANRAL), ROYAL MNDAWE HOLDINGS (PTY) LTD (T/A ROMH CONSULTING) AS THE EMPLOYER, REQUEST QUOTATIONS FOR CONTRACT SANRAL N.006-010-2024/1F TRAFFIC SURVEY -APPOINTMENT OF A SUB-SERVICE PROVIDER TO RENDER TRAFFIC SURVEY SERVICES

It is SANRAL’s intent to make an award as a result of this Request for Quotation (RFQ).

The South African National Roads Agency Ltd is committed to transformation, employment equity and staff advancement, and supporting broad based black economic empowerment.

The primary criteria in selection will be price and preference:

Preference will be offered to Service Provider/s who comply with the criteria stated in the Request for Quotation.
Quotations must be headed “CONTRACT SANRAL N.006-010-2024-1F TRAFFIC SURVEY -- APPOINTMENT OF A SUB-SERVICE PROVIDER TO RENDER TRAFFIC SURVEY SERVICES ” and the name of the firm quoting must be added.

Tenders must be e-mailed by latest 12h00 (noon/midday) on Friday, 04 September 2026
