FOR THE UPGRADE OF NATIONAL ROUTE 1 SECTION 16 FROM ZANDKRAAL (KM 33.8) TO SCOTTLAND (KM 55.7)

 

Botong Civils (Pty) Ltd invites tenders from experienced EME/QSE Service Providers for the abovementioned Contract endorsed by The South African National Roads Agency SOC Limited (SANRAL). This project is in the province of Free State in the Masilonyana Local Municipality, Lejweleputswa District Municipality.

TENDER BRIEFING

Compulsory tender clarification briefing sessions with representatives of the Contractor and Engineer will take place at Makeleketla Community Hall, Makeleketla, Winburg, GPS Coordinates:  -28.53.18,4(S); 27.00.18,9(E) on Monday, 20 July 2026 at 11h00. Tenders from tenderers who arrived late at the clarification briefing session will not be allowed, and their submissions shall be declared non-responsive. A tenderer’s representative cannot represent more than one tenderer at the clarification briefing session.

ELIGIBILITY

Only those tenderers who satisfy following criteria are eligible to submit tenders:

  • Tenderers who are EME/QSE which is at least 51% owned by black people.
  • Tenderers who submit a valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (where applicable) in compliance with the requirements of Tender Data C.3.11., as proof of eligibility.
  • Tenderers who belong to a local Taxi Association

FUNCTIONALITY

Points for functionality will be awarded based on Locality, Experience and Designated group as per clause C3.11
