TENDER NOTICE AND INVITATION TO TENDER(Incoporating SBD1)

Geosure (Pty) Ltd invites Tenderers from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for undertaking Stakeholder Engagement, Social Facilitation and Recruitment Support Services as part of the Slope Stabilisation on National Route 2 Section 13 from km 41.10 to km 43.50: Stone Crescent.

This project is in the Eastern Cape Province and in the Makana Local Municipality which is part of the Sarah Baartman District Municipality, and the approximate duration is of eighteen (18) months, commencing in January 2026.

Preferences are offered to tenderers who comply with the criteria stated in the Tender Data.

The Tenderers will be evaluated on functionality (quality) criteria with a threshold of 70%.

Only Tenders that comply with the following B-BBEE contributor status levels are eligible to tender:

• The Tenderer shall have a consolidated project specific B-BBEE scorecard of status Level 1 or 2.

In the event of Joint Venture (JV), the Lead Partner must be a suitably experienced consulting firm and the Targeted Partner being a Targeted Enterprise as defined in the tender data.

• The Joint Venture shall have a consolidated project specific B-BBEE scorecard of status Level 1 or 2.
• Lead Partner must have a B-BBEE contributor status level of 1
• Targeted Partner must have a B-BBEE contributor level of 1 or 2.

Tenderers must submit via email, to avikar@geosure.co.za, the duly completed Form A1.1 Certificate of Intention to Submit a Tender prior to 27 April 2026. Failure to submit this certificate would result in the tenderer not receiving addenda or additional issued information and may result in the tenderer being non-responsive.
