SUB-CONTRACTS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF NATIONAL ROAD R101 SECTION 8 FROM BELA-BELA (KM 0.0) TO MODIMOLLE (KM 26.8)

PLANT SERVICE PROVIDERS

Concor Construction (Pty) Ltd invites qualified Plant Hire Service Providers to submit their quotations and details for inclusion on a plant hire database for CONTRACT SANRAL R.101-080-2019/1R for THE IMPROVEMENT OF NATIONAL ROAD R101 SECTION 8 FROM BELA BELA (KM 0.0) TO MODIMOLLE (KM 26.8) endorsed by The South African National Roads Agency SOC Limited (SANRAL).

This project is in the Limpopo Province, within the two (2) Local Municipalities of Bela-Bela and Modimolle, in the Waterberg District Municipality. The database will be used to identify suitable plant hire service providers within the Local and district municipalities to supply the project with plant on an as-and-when-required.

1. REQUIRED PLANT

            Service providers may register for one or more of the following plants:

• 12 m³ Tipper Truck
• 18,000 Litre Water Tanker with Spray Bar
• TLB (Tractor Loader Backhoe with forks)
• 20 Ton Excavator
• 30 Ton Excavator
• 12 Ton Smooth Drum Roller
• 12 Ton Padfoot Roller
• Front End Loader with 3 m³ Bucket Capacity

2. MINIMUM COMPLIANCE DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED:

• Company registration documents (CIPC).
• Valid SARS tax compliance PIN.
• CSD certificate.
• Valid BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
• Proof of ownership or valid lease agreements for plant.
• Copies of plant registration documents.
• Operator competency certificates and valid driver’s licences.

3. EVALUATION AND APPOINTMENT

• Registration on the database does not guarantee appointment or work.
• Plant will be appointed based on project needs, availability, compliance, performance, and competitive rates.
• All plant will be subject to technical, safety, and compliance inspections prior to site deployment.
